Our marketing department has been working on developing a cartoon series featuring Tiger Briefs for 3 years. We tried four different animators and none of them seemed to know how to make animation models of briefs. I even took training in the animation program Maya to learn how but my skills didn’t measure up. Finally we have found an animator with the skill and inspiration! We have produced a short commercial for the website but we will also crete a 5 minute cartoon series with Episode 1 called Underwear Man and Brief Boy: The Quest. The carefully scripted and beautifully designed animation will feature our dynamic underpants duo in their light hearted obsession to stamp out underwear crime particularly boxer shorts as promoted by their arch enemy Boxer Man. They will be flying all over Knickerville with their x ray vision saving the world from such abominations as thongs and polka dotted boxers. The full five minute episodes will be for sale on TigerUnderwearStore.com within a month.

Thanks to another reader of our blog, we received a second snippet that shows a boy wearing his double-seat brief in the movie Conrack (1974). Not as pristine as the earlier Bill Cosby Show (1970) that I posted on April 23, it is still clear from the snippet that the brief he is wearing has the double panel seat. We appreciate those of you that take the time to send us old film footage so I can post them on our blog. Please keep them coming!
You can check out this very rare footage by going to our Archive Page at Tiger Underwear or click on the link below,

We appreciate everyone’s participation in naming our latest model. The feedback (30) made it easily one of our most popular post we ever done! Looking at all the suggestions we thought that “Scuba Skater” was the most clever but unfortunately not very practical. So without further delay our company’s highest ranking official (me) has decided………and he shall be called……..”Caleb”.
Let us know if you agree,

For all those that think Tiger Underwear is a bit edgy for having boys modeling our kids briefs, please take a look at a TV show that just aired on the Fox network. We have documented proof of the existence of boys wearing double-seat briefs from the 1970 TV show “The Bill Cosby Show” which you can still view in our Tiger Archive. Now we have a video clip of a boy wearing his full cut white brief (minus the double-seat) in the Fox comedy “Sons of Tucson”. So check it out on the link below and get back to us with your replies……please!!!
Thanks to the person (you know who you are) who submitted this to us.

You know he is a talented skateboarder

Our company policy is to keep the private names of all models guarded. Many of them you know already by their stage name. Our newest model has no name and so we come to you and ask if you have any ideas. They can be clever, unusual or just your favorite name you’ve always liked. The bottom line is that he needs to be known as something besides model number 11.
Thank-you

Check out his work!

It’s HOT in the South and this blacksmith was kind enough to share his photos of himself in just his Tiger Briefs! He has been a loyal customers for several years and we really appreciate his business and courage! If you wish to be seen in your Tigers, feel free to send them to us. Just don’t hurt yourself while modeling in them for us! Obviously, NO pictures of children under 18 years of age (only we can do that, as we hire professional models through the use of a talent and production agency).
I hope we can have everyone give this brave man some great comments!

Thanks so much for everyone who took the time and interest to tell us why they enjoy their Tiger Briefs. Unfortunately, we can only pick one winner and that is always the hard part. So we have decided that everyone will get a free Tiger Blue Dash or Red Dash solid white brief on their next purchase as our thank-you for entering the contest!
Finally our winner will be the first to receive our new Boy’s Summer 2010 Catalog with their 12 Month Tiger Membership.
After careful consideration the winnner is…………..Andrew!
Below is his winning testimony.
Why do I love Tiger underwear? There are several reasons.
Design. There’s nothing like the classic double-seat brief for comfort. It truly has to be experienced to be appreciated. Plus they look fantastic. Nothing says class more than the double row of blue dashes and those distinctive double-seat seams. I’ve been asked several times about my sons’ briefs and have reccommended Tiger to friends for their own children.
Durability. With two very active young boys who have an aversion to wearing pants, the survivability of their underwear is of serious concern. The regular brands just can’t withstand the abuses my boys inflict on their clothing. Fruit of the Loom, Hanes, BVD, Gap… Tiger outlasts them all.
Price. Yes, Tiger briefs are a bit more expensive than other brands. But I expect to pay more for a better product, and Tiger is in another class altogether when compared against the other brands. With Tiger briefs, you get a lot more bang for your buck, and I have no problem paying a premium for premium-level briefs.
The most important though, by far, is QUALITY. Bar-none, Tiger briefs are the highest-quality, most comfortable, long-lasting briefs I and my boys have ever worn. After buying the first pairs for them, my older son said “wow, they’re so soft!” My younger son refuses to wear anything else unless he absolutely has to, and sometimes he’ll go without if he can’t have ‘the good ones.’ They love them. Long after the regular brands are worn out and no longer legal in 48 States, the Tiger briefs are still going strong, as soft as ever, and look the same as the day we bought them.
I can walk into any JCPenney, Old Navy, or Wal-Mart and buy underwear in 3-packs all day long, and for many years, that’s exactly what I did. And if I want boxer-briefs, I still do, until Tiger starts making them. But for classic briefs, nothing on the market can compare to Tiger Underwear. That’s why they’re the only ones we’ll ever wear
Andrew
